I am a fully accredited coach and honours graduate. I hold a HDip in Coaching and Coaching Psychology from University College Cork.. I am a member of The Association for Coaching which is a recognised professional body for coaching practitioners.
I discovered coaching after coming to a crossroads in my own life where I was feeling stuck in a job, stressed and burnt out. I began working with a coach to figure out some decisions I needed to make and after just a few sessions, felt that the ‘fog’ had lifted and I had more clarity around the direction that I wanted to take. Coaching helped me to gain clarity on what I wanted for my future and also changed my mindset on how I could achieve change and balance in life. This path led me back to study and explore where I always felt my passion was – supporting people to be at their best .I moved jobs, returned to education and qualified as a coach myself in 2019.
My style of coaching offers a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore possibilities with renewed confidence. I offer support and encouragement to draw out your key strengths but will also challenge limiting beliefs and help you step out of your comfort zone. Goal setting and accountability are a large part of my process which hugley supports my clients to achieve all that is possible for them.
In addition to my coaching, I hold a Degree in Business Management and have over 18 years experience in financial services. During this time, my skills have supported individuals both on a personal and business level. I have worked with various clients from small start-ups to multi-national corporations and understand the different dynamics that can affect a business moving forward.
I am a constant learner and love expanding my knowledge in many different areas. In my down time, I can be found walking/ hiking in nature, sea swimming and hanging out with family.
