Lisa O’Carroll is an accredited coach who integrates her extensive corporate experience with a wide range of coaching methodologies drawn from psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness. Holding a Higher Diploma in Coaching and Coaching Psychology from University College Cork and a Degree in Business & Management, Lisa brings over 18 years of corporate experience in financial services to her coaching practice. Her extensive professional journey—working with everyone from small start-ups to larger organisations—has given her a deep understanding of the complexities modern professionals face.

Lisa discovered coaching at a turning point in her career, when she needed a clear way to move forward. Experiencing firsthand how coaching can open new perspectives led her to qualify in 2019. Now, she provides a structured yet supportive environment for professionals seeking focus, confidence, and tangible results. Lisa uses a variety of methodologies within her coaching practice—including solution-focused coaching, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness-based approaches—to support individuals in achieving success both personally and professionally.
